Participants who choose to book accommodations through us will be offered a stay at the Estrel Berlin, Sonnenallee 225, 12057 Berlin, Germany which is within five kilometers distance of both the university and the conference venues. How do I register for the conference?

Will there be opportunities for networking?
Yes, the conference will include several networking sessions, coffee breaks, lunch breaks, and a welcome reception, providing ample opportunities to connect with fellow participants.
Can I bring a guest to the conference?
Yes, registered participants can bring a guest. There is a guest registration option available, which includes access to certain events and meals. Please see the Registration page for more details.
How can I get a certificate of attendance?
Certificates of attendance will be available for all registered participants. They can be collected at the registration desk on the last day of the conference or downloaded from the conference website after the event.
What is the registration fee?
The registration fee varies depending on your participant category (e.g., student, academic, industry professional, Poster, Delegate). Please check the Registration page for specific rates and early bird discounts.
Are there any travel and accommodation arrangements?
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation
Is there a deadline for early bird registration?
Yes, the early bird registration deadline are avaliable. Registering before this date allows you to take advantage of discounted rates.
Can I register on-site during the conference days?
Yes, on-site registration will be available only for Listener/Delegate. However, we encourage early registration to secure your spot and take advantage of lower rates. You may need an entry pass to the university, so submit your on-site registration form on the website three months before the actual conference dates
- Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellation before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $200 towards the administrative fee.
- Cancellation before 60 days of the conference start date will receive a 50 % refund.
- Cancellations received below 30 days of the conference start date are non-refundable and can only be transferred to the next edition.
- Discounted registrations due can only be transferred for the next edition or can opt for a Credit Shell.
- Refunds will be made within 60 days of receipt of cancellation notification.
CANCELLATION POLICY IN THE EVENTS OF NATURAL DISASTERS OR UNPREDICTABLE ACTIVITY ↓
Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.
The organizer reserve the right to cancel or postpone the conference in case of any natural disasters, calamities or terrorism activity. In this case, organizer cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates, speakers or attendees that result from cancelled flights and or natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity. The organizer will provide opportunity for the registered delegates and attendees to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future or related conferences.
The organizer will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
